Environmentaland is steadily gaining momentum as the world's first environmental theme park. Rumor is that Knott’s Berry Farm now features a bike rack. I guess the other parks are now feeling the heat. With several permanent exhibits and special events each week, it's the perfect place to visit for an afternoon of thrills.  

Come and enjoy the Energy Playground, Recycled Paper Plane Takeoff, Mini-Bin Exhibit and Designing Station, Alternative Energy Golf Carts, The Planetarium, Desert Mini Golf + more.

Bigger Picture Movie Nights :: Every Wednesday from 7-9pm 

LA Meets OC Art Show :: Aug. 15, 7-11pm :: Major artists from Los Angeles and Orange County come together to mingle and show their art.  A solar powered musical performance will follow.

Earth Days :: Aug. 19, 7-9pm

A film screening of the new documentary Earth Days, which follows the development of environmental activism throughout the 20th century.  A Q&A session with director Robert Stone will follow.

Butthugger Fashion Week :: Aug. 16-22

Butthugger Fashion Week kicks off with a clothing drive from Aug. 16-20.  On August 20, designers from around Los Angeles will be invited to sign up for a 48 hour design contest.  

Designers may only use fabrics from the clothes that have been donated to create their original looks.  On August 22, Designers will compete for prizes in a fashion show hosted by Global Inheritance at Environmentaland.
