Are you an alternative energy addict? Are you looking to shed a few extra few pounds? Is your cell phone dead and you’ve lost your girlfriend? Don’t worry, all your problems will be solved in the Energy Playground. Take your cell phones and cameras off the grid during Outside Lands by turning your extra energy into electricity. 

The Energy Playground will host a variety of power generating devices including Tour De Outside Lands, Energy SeeSaw and Hand Crank Energy Listening Station. You don’t need to be He-Man, She-Ra or even Battle Cat to generate a charge. The playground is open until dusk each night. 

Goods things come in pairs, so Global Inheritance is bringing TRASHed Recycling Store to Outside Lands Festival on August 28- 30. Our job, to rid the Golden Gate Park of homeless bottles, cans, biodegradable cups and old cell phones. Festival Goers will score exclusive festival merchandise when they recycle at the TRASHed Recycling Store. This years prizes include autographed merchandise, Fuel TV skatedecks, Treasure Island tickets, Loomstate organic jeans/bags, Netflix memberships, music + more. The rules are easy. Only bottles/cans/biodegradable cups collected onsite will be accepted. No layaway. It’s first come, first serve.
