Doubling Down On Coachella 2012
If you haven’t heard, Coachella is now taking over the Empire Polo Club on back to back weekends. Yes, our favorite festival now has a twin. To celebrate this historic move, we are retiring the Energy FACTory DJ Mixer and introducing the biggest recycling incentive program known to man, women or child. We are so confident in this new program keeping the venue spotless, Goldenvoice isn’t even ordering tables because everyone will be expected to eat off the festival ground.
If your favorite part of Coachella is getting TRASHed, look no further. We are now accepting artist submissions to design one of 50 recycling bins. Last year’s TRASHed competition was too difficult to judge since everyone really stepped up their game. So this year, if your design is selected…. you will automatically receive a pass to the Coachella weekend of your choice. That is of course unless you just mail it in and slap stickers on your recycling bin. Renowned art critic, Pedley Mangler, will possess full veto power if your redesigned recycling bins are not similar to your art submission in quality. All the recycling bins designed will be donated to a local school in the Coachella Valley after the festival. More info will be released later this month. Stay tuned.

do you have to buy your own recycling bin or are they distributed? if so where do you get them and how much in price do they range?

One of the biggest complaints that come to mind for me with my Coachlla experiences over the years is most defiantly the garbage issues. I think it’s super that their is an initiate set in place to get fans and artists pumped on dealing with this first hand.
