The successful candidate will contribute to overall graphic design needs, photo documentation, videography, print materials, and/or project proposals. The more talent you bring, the more creative freedom you can expect.
This internship is ideal for graphic design students or recent graduates who are looking to learn and be challenged by a highly creative work environment, while building a killer portfolio. All internships empower and mobilize our organization’s efforts in inspiring change.
Internship Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Assisting with the design of signage and creative assets for festivals+events
Drafting project proposals to send to clients/events/partners
Documenting photos onsite & organizing photo galleries
Creating content for social media, website graphics, or digital activations
Designing print materials, brochures, banners, postcards, business cards, etc.
Developing designs for merchandise products: recycling art kits, etc.
You’ll Thrive in this Position if:
You’ve got the skills: Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign in particular)
You’ve got a creative flair: Strong design style and a portfolio showcasing it! (Required)

Compensation – After a one month trial period, design interns will have the opportunity for paid work on a project basis. Global Inheritance works on both passion projects and projects that generate funds for the organization. Design interns will be compensated when contributing to projects funded by our partners. Responsibilities include creative planning, excellent writing skills, executing campaigns on several social media platforms, producing short videos, managing online campaigns, research, artist selection + more.
We are seeking an intern to assist in the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the organization. Primary goal is to maximize the financial potential of each project / program and to the organization’s fundraising/development.
Financial Management: Prepares and administers monthly and annual operating budgets. Develops financial projections, and controls, including expense approvals and comprehensive year-end reporting and analysis. Assist with the strategic research and development of programs. Communicate with vendors to assess capabilities and draft budget proposals for partners and staff.
Strategic Planning & Development: Develops the vision and implementation strategies for future growth and development of programs and fundraising initiatives. Develop and evaluate new business opportunities. Plan for e-commerce growth, special promotions, etc. Work in collaboration with executive team to align these strategies with the organizational vision.
E-store gifts and fundraising: Develops annual plan for gifts and fundraising opportunities, researching the market for new sources of inventory that will bring in the budgeted profit margin. Works in collaboration with executive team to develop and implement promotional incentives. Devises ways to increase the e-store’s visibility with patrons, supporters, and the public, and works to cultivate a clientele.
Operational Management: Assist & develop procedural policies and standards on operational issues, including but not limited to: sales techniques, transactions, reports, inventory of merchandise, e-commerce order fulfillment, customer service, handling of cash and returns. Plans regular staff meetings and communicates important initiatives.
