ABOUT

You’re the Bomb! focuses on the current and continuing issues surrounding nuclear nations and their policies.

Created in 2005, the campaign incorporates Nuclear Family Trading Cards that highlight each member of the family with key art designed by a leading artist in one of the nuclear nations. A nuclear nation clothing line under the same title, You're the Bomb!, will focus attention on the countries "greatest" nuclear achievements and their standing arsenals. The overall goal of this clothing line will be educating the general public and media on the nation-states and groups participating in the nuclear arms race, both openly and clandestinely. The line's main points of distribution will be music concerts, lifestyle retailers, and the web. Each article of clothing will come with a hang tag that provides info on supporting non-proliferation, facts on the actors and their nuclear capabilities, and ways people can communicate with their local government representatives and get involved with national/global organizations fighting for nuclear disarmament.

The second phase of the initiative brings You're the Bomb! online where students, artists, activists and the general population will share ideas through film, commercial and design work. Each month the top commercials, films and designs will be showcased and entered into regional and national competitions. This content will be showcased at large music festivals and lifestyle retailers (Urban Outfitters, Diesel, Tower Records).
