The WeatherGods rainsupremethis Saturday as morning showers helped launch Waterfest 2018 in the San Gabriel Valley. As the clouds parted, Global Inheritance got wet and wild at the Oasis Water Bar. Our mixologist-scientistspoured shots of purified recycled water and desalinated ocean water, along with rain, SGV tap, and glacier waters to the thirsty crowd. As guests hydrated on flights of H2O, they were educated about innovative solutions to our growing water challenges. Everyone - from young kids to adults - got a taste of our premium toilet-to-tap, and were surprisingly pleased! In a blindfold taste test, some even chose recycled water over good ol' LA tap water.Did you know? Purified wastewater could provide enough drinkable water for more than 8 million people, or roughly one-fifth of California's projected population for 2020.Thank you to our friends at the Upper San Gabriel Valley Water District for inviting us to this awesome event! The Oasis Water Bar was showered with love this weekend, and we couldn't be happier.
